Our skin is highly absorbent so whatever ingredients you put on your skin will eventually make its way inside your body. This is why we believe in only using natural, clean, and simple ingredients you can understand in our tallow balm. Our balm doesn't have any parabens, preservatives, synthetic fragrances, phthalates, or any other potentially harmful ingredients. We only use 5 ingredients in our tallow balm and they are:

Grass-fed beef tallow:

  • Deeply nourishing and moisturizing for the skin
  • Rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, which promote skin health and rejuvenation
  • Contains essential fatty acids that help maintain skin integrity and support a healthy lipid barrier
  • Has anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe irritated skin and reduce redness
  • Easily absorbed due to the similar composition to the oil produced by our own skin
Coconut oil: (Option A)
  • Contains antimicrobial properties that can combat bacteria and fungi, reducing the risk of infections
  • Contains medium-chain fatty acids that penetrate the skin easily, promoting quick absorption and providing a protective barrier
  • Rich in antioxidants, which can help fight free radicals and prevent skin damage

Extra virgin olive oil: (Option B)

  • Provides intense hydration and nourishment to the skin
  • Contains antioxidants, including vitamin E and polyphenols, which can protect against premature aging and reduce the appearance of wrinkles
  • Helps improve skin elasticity and firmness
  • Has anti-inflammatory properties that can calm and soothe skin irritations

    Shea butter:

    • Contains vitamins A and E, which promote skin healing and help improve the appearance of scars and blemishes
    • Has anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe itching and irritation
    • Can help improve skin tone and texture, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

    Beeswax:

    • Locks in moisture, keeping the skin hydrated for longer periods
    • Contains natural emollient properties, making the skin soft and smooth
    • Supports the healing process of minor cuts, burns, or wounds by creating a favorable environment for skin repair
    • Helps maintain the skin's natural pH balance and promotes a healthy complexion

    Lavender essential oil:

    • calming and soothing aromatherapy properties

    A wonderful balm!!!!

    So happy to have purchased your Tallow Balm..I use it every night just before bedtime…soothes my tired feet, hydrates my cracked heels and use it on my legs and arms and hands too!! In fact, this really is a full body balm..with such a delightfully soft lavender fragrance…so calming and soothing…and with only 5 ingredients, nothing but all good things from our beautiful earth!! A little does go a long way since I use it every night and I still have only used about 1/3 of the jar. I have given as gifts already and plan on giving this special balm to my friends and family for the holidays! Thank you so much for your balm filled with only good things for our body!! Would love to see a whole line of “spa” products from you as well!!!!
